Who can attend the Wedding Expos Australia events?

Anyone can attend, couples are welcome to bring along friends, family and children. The events are free to attend!

Is there parking available?

Yes, all venues have parking though it is not always free. Please check each expo to confirm the venues that provide free parking, on the street or paid.

What is the cost to attend the Wedding Expos Australia events?

The Wedding Expos are events for the community run by the community we do not feel it is fair to impose high entry fees to help couples in planning a wedding!

All events are FREE!

What is the 'I'm Getting Married' Bridal Bag?

The I’m Getting Married Bag is exclusive to the Wedding Expos Australia events and declares to the world that you are in fact a wonderful bride!

We do have limited stock at each expo. They are for the brides only.

What times are the expos?

They start at 10am and finish at 3pm.

Are there food outlets?

Yes, every Wedding Expos Australia event has access to catering for visitors to purchase.

Are the venues child and pram friendly?

Yes – we encourage children to attend the events. All of the venues Wedding Expos Australia utilise are in line with wheelchair and pram access, this is standard practice. This may look like either a ramp or lift access. We also have helpful staff to accommodate with prams.

Though please note that due to venue capacities different venues have wider aisles for prams then other venues.

Can I take photos at the expo?

We do suggest you ask permission from exhibitors before taking any photos of the stands.

Is there a map on how to get to the expo?

Each event page has a venue address for you to locate the venue, they are all large prominent venues within each region that are easily accessible.

Can I purchase at the expos?

Yes, some of the exhibitors will have products you can purchase at the events. There are also a lot of samples you can touch, taste and feel.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, we can use our check in system to locate your tickets online.

Are there prizes to be won?

Yes, we have prizes for each event and the winner is announced on Monday via our Facebook page and contacted via email.

Do all the expos have the same exhibitors?

Each event is unique and displays different exhibitors in the local area. Though there are a handful of suppliers you may meet again.

Will I have fun?

We sure hope so!
